Meeting Summary –

Overview:

Talked about the point
of the team. Went over individual
skills/abilities/education/experience. Talked about upcoming projects
and current work load.

I. Team Purpose:

1. Consolidate all
   design work under the Support Services (SS) umbrella.

   
   

2. Use strengths of
   individuals to support team efforts.

   
   

3. Put one person
   (Ben) over all design work to promote consistency within all design
   work for the whole Church (aka Brand Consistency).

   
   

II. Individuals:

1. Ben –
   InDesign, Photoshop, Flash, CSS, HTML, Java (kind of), PHP (kind
   of), ActionScript, video editing, Illustrator

   
   

2. Nate –
   Freehand pen and ink, glorified crayons, acrylic, photo.

   
   

3. Luke – Web
   design (basics), CSS, Flash, Photoshop, heavy hitter in video
   editing, Photography.

   
   

4. Mike - ???

   
   

III. Projects:

1. Logo designs
   (ClearNote [approved], CGS [in progress]) (currently owned by Ben)

   
   

2. Site design –
   CGS – needs to be done by Aug. 1 (currently owned by Ben)

   
   

3. Site and Print –
